The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
The connection costs you nothing
This service is free to the homeowner. You are never invoiced by this site — the only money that changes hands is between you and the contractor you hire.
A licensed contractor who works locally
Every contractor on the other end of this line is independent, carries the license Texas requires for this work, and serves Fort Worth and the towns around it. Ask to see both the license and the insurance certificate.
If the match is wrong, call back
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
What this page does not promise
This service does not stand behind the work, and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. The contractors are independent businesses; the quality of the job, and any guarantee on it, come from the contractor you hire.
